Interface

Option Description
Find colors in Where to get the list of colours to replace
Choose from colors in This is the list of colors you will be changing to
Include default colors Include standard colours to change to as global colours
For CMYK this is Black, Rich Black, Grey, White, No Color and Convert to Global
For RGB this is Black, Grey, White, No Color and Convert to Global
Remove unused swatches After the color replacement is run, remove all unused swatches from the swatches palette

Option Description
Found Color Column Displays before and after color swatches, plus the name of the colour
Fills Column The number of times this colour is used in a fill
Outlines Column The number of times this colour is used in a outline / stroke
Grad The number of times this colour is used in a gradient
Actual Spot Color For Global or Spot colours this is the actual color formula
Replace Action What to change the color to
  • Blank : No action taken, color is not changed
  • No Color : Remove the color from the fill or stroke
  • Convert to Global : Converts the color to a global color in the swatches palette
